As a Receptionist / Client Care Specialist, you’re the warm, welcoming first impression for our pet parents. You’ll deliver exceptional service at the front desk, manage bookings with care, and help ensure smooth communication between our team and our clients—so every visit feels effortless.

Availability and How to Apply
Flexibility With Hours: Because pets need care all day, everyday, our hours of operation include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. All staff are required to be available for all shifts and must submit requests for time off a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Approval is based on work load and first request will get first approval.
Shift hours: Mon-Sunday, 7:30am-11:30 am and 3:00pm-7pm
